Please note all Herbs of Gold products must pass most rigid quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration, simultaneously comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam on product registration and circulation.
Herbs of Gold products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Therefore, it is a Herbs of Gold policy that any products ordered through Herbs of Gold’s official distribution channels are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to Herbs of Gold’s company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased.
Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following circumstances.
Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”.
